Cupcake stuffed strawberries!!!

I just found this link for cupcake stuffed strawberries.  They look sooooooo yummy.  I think I am making some for Mother's day.

    I agree, I would give up in the middle and just eat the cake with strawberries on the side.  I've also been craving oreo truffles lately, so I might have to make a batch of them soon!

    I fail at making chocolate covered strawberries, so I'd probably fail at this too.

    Feel free to make some and send them to me, tho. Stick out tongue Those look so yummy!

    Ok, I made these for a friend today.

    My two cents on them- They are VERY MESSY to make.  I did the strawberry/cucake part last night and dipped in choc. this morning.  The strawberries got squishier from that.  Make them the same day if you do them.  Also, I think mine had too much icing in the mix.  I bought a premade cake and scraped the icing off.

    They are very sweet but very good!
