I don't think Clomid should alter your Luteal Phase. I hear that it can make your Follicular Phase longer though
edit: I also wanted to add that your LP should be pretty consistent throughout your cycles (even though your FP can vary). Are you noticing different LP ranges in your cycles?

Clomid has lengthened my luteal phase by 3 days to 14 days total.
On 50 mg I had LPs of 14/15 days.
Today I am at 16 dpo, neg HPT and no AF yet. Sucks
From my understanding no, its not bad to have a long LP. I think it can be up to 17 days long and that is normal.
Short LP's are bad though.
