We're moving!
It's official, we put the deposit down on the apartment in Spokane today, and our house goes on the Market Thursday! I can't believe how fast that happened! I'm super nervous about the expenses of it all, not sure how we will afford anything but it has to be done. We would be paying a months rent in gas if T and I didn't move now, 600 miles a week is a lot of miles and a lot of $$ in gas.
I am excited, nervous and sad. Going from a 1500 Sqft house to a 1000 sqft apartment is going to be an adjustment for everyone. At least it's ground floor, and brand new. Our move in date is May 20th. Phew, life has been very stressful the last month...and I am sure it's just begun!

Aw thanks C! I might take you up on that. My dad is still living down the street, hopefully the house goes quick so I don't have to come back to mow the lawn or anything LOL.
Liberty Lake, new apartments called BitterRoot Lodge. We drove by them a last month and it's really quiet. DH works in the Valley so it's super close. I'd love to meet up for drinks!
Thank you Tiff. Our neighbors put their house on the Market in Feb and got an offer 3 days later. But since it's a short sale it's still not "sold". Fortunately for us, we are in a very good position. We are also doing a short sale, but we are in the small 6% for good scenarios (Only one mortgage, hardship, and FHA loan). Our lawyers, and Realtor said we have no issues, and it should go quick and painless. But my fingers are still crossed! Yikes.
Just don't leave us, OK? You can come back to the board whenever!
