If you are worried about it, then call. But if its something you already know the answer to then just wait. Are you waiting on CS or something? I am not familiar with your back story

I wish I could remember how long mine took. I want to say it was more than 6 weeks. And we had another court date coming up so my caseworker was able to call and get results. But I can't really remember
When we had to have it done they told me it would take 2-4 weeks to come back and then a judge had to sign off on them.
The actual results took 3 weeks to come back and then the case manager had them sitting on her desk and didn't send them to a judge until I called. It took another 3 weeks after the judge got them for me to receive notification that they were signed and a child support conference was scheduled.
I would call because it might be something like mine, sitting on a desk or waiting on a judge.

If they said 6 weeks and it's been longer than that, I would call. It won't hurt to call, the worst they can say is that you have to wait. But like pp said, it could be a matter of it sitting on someone's desk waiting to be handled.

Yes, I filed the paperwork for child support and since EX didn't respond within 30 days of being served we got ordered to do a paternity test. I already know what the results are going to be....there's no way possible he's not the BD but I just hate waiting. After this step we have to go to mediation to try to come to an agreement for custody, visitation, child support etc. If we can't, then a judge will decide. That's the part I'm actually scared about.
