I think at 7 days I was ready to move up, but you can cycle through them however you want. Gosh, I need to get to this today. Ok that will be my goal. Hold me accountable LOL!
Also, even though the third level is toughest, there are still some moves on the other two levels that are equally as good so it is good to change things up after you are done with the 30 days.

I don't know why, but when I did this in the winter I was stictler for "rules" and did the 10days, though I agree with xnbride... I probably should have just switched it up to keep it interesting.... maybe next time I'll just do Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 one day a week each...
Omg, best workout! When I stick with it, I tone up and loose fat like magic. I agree with Xn, around 7 days I usually will bump to the next level. Or when you start to get sick of listening to Jillian say the same things!! I jump around alot with it.

This! I move up a level once I feel like the current level is getting easier. I don't really keep track of how many days that takes. Sometimes I get sick of hearing Jillian say the same things over and over so I turn down the volume on the tv and listen to my iPod and just watch for the next move they're doing on the DVD.

Push ups and jump rope KILL me! Everything else is still difficult, but doable. Today will be day 9 so I think I will try out level 2. Wish me luck!
I'm going to come back on here tonight and see if you did.

Thanks ladies! Jillian is kind of annoying. Unfortunately she knows what she is doing and has a good workout.
Tapatio - That is a really good idea to turn down the tv and listen to music.
LOL-and she is always hitting on the ladies. It is too funny.
I am happy to report I did it today too! Level 2--baby!!! I actually did it on my computer while watching teen mom 2 on the TV. Multi-tasking
