And it's one I can't help. I dream about him several times a week. And you know how when you dream about someone or something it's all you can think about the rest of the day? He's not super-duper hot, so I'm not sure what the attraction is. And they're not sexual dreams...he's just in them. LOL
I feel like I'm having a accidental emotional affair with him. hahaha He's on a popular TV show and I only watch it once a week when it's on, but otherwise, what can I do to stop dreaming about him? If I told DH who it was he would laugh at me. I just hate that the day after I have a dream with him in it he pops in my head about every 5 minutes. So annoying. 
Anyone ever had something like this happen?

Totally. I have really vivid dreams and sometimes they involve random celebs. The other night I dreamt that I was married to Robert Downey Jr and we were sitting at the breakfast table, browsing the internet. Totally mundane boring dream, but I was giggling about it the whole next morning.
Who is it? Please....Okay, FINE.
It's John Krasinski. Don't laugh. I do think he's yummy though.
I have several character obsessions. I don't care at all about the actor, its their characters I'm in love with.
But I want to know who you're talking about! If we guess, will you tell? How about Wilson from House? I love him

Is it Will Ferrell? Because I had several dreams about Will Ferrell in the last week, and I'm sad to say, one or two of them were sexy dreams.
ETA: Now I'm really embarrassed. John Krasinski is a way better dream lover than Will Ferrell. But you can't tell the dream heart who to have non-sexy dreams about. *sigh*

Oohhh baby! With all that doughy chubb-a-chubb to love! Though, it might have been a bit more of this Will Ferrell (my dreams can be so hazy, sometimes.) I do love sparkly Spandex and guys with long lady hair! LOL!!!

I don't have dreams about anyone but I do tell DH that I think Bobby Bones is so hot (I don't think this at all) but whenever the X the Text commercial comes on I make him pause it on BB just so he can get irritated. bwahaha.
I've had dreams like that every once in a while. The weirdest one was when I was making out with one of the guys from my hs football team. But it was like 9 years after we had graduated. So that dream was completely out of left field.
As far as how to stop dreaming about him maybe you just need to boom chick a wow wow with your DH as soon as you wake up and maybe you won't think about the celebrity for the rest of the day.
ha no, but my SIL calls him Jim as a joke all the time.
