I am watching, but I am hoping that he does get that majority. I'm tired of the politcal games that the other leaders are playing and the only thing that will settle Canadians politics is a majority, and I'd rather have it be conservative then any other party.

Started our exploration into the world of international adoption June 2012. We have no idea what this is going to look like but we are excited to find out!
Looks like Harper will get it. I do think that it will be interesting with an NDP opposition. I sadly am a Liberal, so I am watching my party fall to pieces.
Well, if it was based just on popular vote (who got the most individual votes, as opposed to how many ridings are won by a party), Harper would not have won. In fact, there may not have been a majority at all. But the real story of the night is the NDP. WOW! This is historic.

I'm happy with the conservative majority, but not so much the NDP opposition. DH works for a small business that he'll one day be over-seeing, so the conservatives offer the most for our family, and NDP isn't great for business.
