when to start progesterone suppositories help(ticker warning)

My doc told me to start 2 days after LH surge, for 14 days but the leaflet he sent me home with says day 3 after the surge...so I am confused on what to do. If I O'ed on day 16 for example, would i start on 18 or 19? what did you all do??

I have only done the trigger then progesterone supps. Example the timeline my RE gave was trigger 8th then supps starting 11th. If you have time before you need to start, I would call your doc.

I have only done progesterone supp. after an IUI. But I did it 3dpiui. So when my IUI was on Monday (cd12), I started on Thursday (cd15). This may be a silly question but are you seeing an RE?

No, this is my second and last medicated cycle with my OB...have my RE apt. on Fri.

Good Luck with the RE. My OB had me do some weird things, like start progesterone suppositories on CD 10 (before I even O'd) What a wasted 2 months. Good to hear your going to see an RE.

I've usually started at 4dpiui, although one cycle they had me start the day of the IUI and then take it EOD. That cycle didn't work out so well because AF came despite the Crinone so they put me back to EOD but starting at 4dpiui.
