DH is convinced #3 is a girl!

We already have 1 of each, so we don't really have a preference. I was given the lovely glucose test early because I had gestational diabetes with DD, but I didn't have it with DS.

Well, I failed the 1 hour and no I have to take the horrid 3 hour. Now, DH is convinced if I do have gestational diabetes this time it's because we're having another girl. Only time will tell.

    I'm convinced this one is a girl too!  So funny bc I have been wrong with each of my kids so far.  Will you guys be finding out?  We have always been team green and will be again so I have awhile until we find out!

    We'll definitely be finding out. I've never been good at waiting for surprises. I'm the person that gives people gifts early and tries to get hints from other people about gifts I'm getting!

    Wow you took the 1 hour at 9 weeks? Is that because you had it before? I didn't take it until 30-ish weeks I think (last time).

    I have a theory that whatever you think it is, it's always the opposite! Haha, who really knows though. I'm with you-- I can't wait to know!

    Yes, they gave me the test early because of my prior history. I go to a practice with 8 doctors and this particular one seems to be more of an alarmist (apparently it was necessary). When I was pregnant with DS, I requested the test around 16 weeks, but only because I was having dizzy spells. Normally, I don't get it until 28 weeks.

    there is probably no correlation. Sometimes you have the gender in your head no matter what and the only proof (most of the time is the anatomy scan at 20 wks). I was almost convinced that I was having another boy, but are having a girl. Wishing you have a happy and healthy baby whether boy or girl!
