parenting book recommendations

I have a 9yo SS and I'm looking for good parenting advice for boys his age.  Can anyone recommend any good books?  I basically want to know what are realistic expectations for his age group and positive ways of disciplining and rewarding.

    I personal like love and logic.  I've heard great things about Bringing up Boys by Dr. James Dobson.

    One of my personal favorites is The Smart StepMom by Ron Deal and Lisa Petherbridge. It has some really great tips for all ages really. I like it because the tips have been practical. I'm a soon-to-be stepmom and I have to say that already these principles are making a difference in my relationship with SS. Good luck!
