Our house is officially on the market....

Let the craziness begin.

I'm nervous and excited, but just want to get it sold so we can move into a larger space.

To top things off, I'm headed to Vegas in three weeks for business for 5 days. I leave on Saturday and not back until Wednesday. Let's hope Joe can take care of 3 kids, get the house ready for showings, and stay sane at the same time.

Ahhh!!

I posted the MLS listing on Facebook for anyone who may have an insterested party in NKY.

    Man, if only your house was in Campbell Co and not out in Burlington :-( I have friends who just sold their house and need to be out by the end of May and your house is the right size and price that they are looking at....

    Our house has been listed since the end of January, and I am going freaking crazy because we've had zero offers yet.. Sad we only have 2 BR, so it's really tough now with 2 kiddos... hoping that nicer spring weather arrives soon, so more people get out looking!!
