blueish "bruise" between eyes?

Miles sometimes has what appears to be a blueish looking bruise between his eyes. It's not always there, and shows up in different lighting. I've seen this on other babies, too, including a few of our own LOs in AWs PIP posts. I don't think it's really a bruise, but I did wonder what it was? Any ideas?

Does Miles have very fair skin? I've seen this in pictures of babies with super fair skin - it's like you can see dark circles already in certain lighting (but on the inside corners around the nose).
Not sure if that's what it is, just an idea. Maybe?
