Well, I've made it to 36 weeks 5 days without a single stranger touching my belly. Anyone else been so lucky?

I have never had a stranger touch my belly..I did have a stranger compliment me on looking cute so far in pregnancy...lol it made me feel good.

No strangers! Lots of little old ladies at church, my first graders and my mom! I've only had one person I didn't know super well touch my belly, but he did ask first and I do know him. One of my very close friends is gay and his boyfriend LOVES babies and pregnant women. They were here visiting at Easter and he saw me, ran up and put his hands out and then stopped and said "May I?" He was SO excited I couldn't tell him no even if I had wanted to, it would have been like telling a little kid they couldn't pet my puppy!

No one has touched my belly at all, with the exception of my mom and sister. I guess I just have that look about me. The thing is that I don't care if they touch... lol

Definitely not strangers.

But oddly enough, three of my YOUNG friends have dared (and I mean, w/o asking). Ugh!

There's a ton of my friends that have asked whether they can, and I totally and happily let them. The ones that don't ask, grrrr!!

Not one stranger has gone in for the rub and I'm kinda disappointed because I've had my karate chop maneuver at the ready for months! Lots of family and friends and a few co-workers have, but they have all asked for permission. I really appreciate that!

not me, I get mauled by strangers all the time.. at first I didnt really mind, but now its pretty overwhelming. I actually find the most annoying part of it all is when they just want to talk and talk and talk about "how big i am" or "how small i am" or comparing me to themselves when they were pregnant... That gets annoying time after time..

I haven't had a single stranger touch me. Apparently I just portray 'touch me and die' really well. In fact, aside from DH, no one has touched me more than once. My mother, my sister, and my MIL have gotten to touch me once. I do not like to be touched. My students are the only one's who even bother to ask anymore. None of my friends even ask. But I'm also not one of those people who touches other pregnant people's bellys either. I never touched my sister's either time she was pregnant, and only touched my close friend's once when she was. I'm big on my personal space.

Only a few strangers have touched my belly, but they were friends of friends at a party and asked for permission before touching. No one in a store or on the street has touched my belly yet.
