I've started looking into classes for The Happiest Baby on the Block and saw that they are available at Dublin Methodist Hospital. Has anyone gone through this class?

No but we rented the DVD from the library. I highly suggest all new mothers do this. It was the best piece of advice we ever got. It's all about the 5 S's to comfort your baby:
I looked online and if you attend the class you get the book and DVD free. I'm interested in getting the white noise CD as well, which you play as the little one sleeps. I have a friend who swears by it.
I wasn't sure if it would be a waste of my money to attend the class, but I'm thinking it will be well worth the money.

A couple of friends recommended the book to me, but I didn't know there was a class. I have read Happiest Toddler on the Block, and it has some good tips, but it's very very repetitive.
I will say, though, that having a white noise machine is WONDERFUL! We've been using ours since our son was about 5 months old (got it as a Christmas gift - thought it was so silly but I'm a convert now). He knows when we turn on his giraffe it's time to lay down. Doesn't mean he always does, though
