My guess is about 20-30 minutes? Thats what it is for me and the few times i've done motrin for dd it seems to be about that long as well.
I hope Teagan is ok, or is after the Motrin kicks in!
Tegan is cutting her first molar and was having a hard time going to sleep tonight. She seemed to be fine as long as I wasn't forcing the bed issue, but I could tell she was tired, but got really upset whenever I put her in her crib. I gave her some Motrin and within about 15 minutes, she laid down and went to sleep without an issue. I mentioned to DH that I was surprised the Motrin had worked so quickly and he said that he thinks it's a mind over matter type deal. That she knows the Motrin makes her feel better and that once she'd had the Motrin she was able to settle down and sleep.
Either way, I'm glad she's now asleep, but I thought the mind over matter concept is a bit complex for a 16 month old, lol!
