What do you wear to a job interview? Do you do a suit? or a skirt/ top? or dress?

i have an interview on Monday and it has been 3 years since I interviewed last.

I can't decide if I should pull out the suit, or go for something a little different.

Either the dress or the skirt/top combo. A suit says "administrator" to me.

I think it depends on the level. The folks who interview at our HS typically wear a suit. I think you could be slightly more casual at elementary or MS level.
