I've heard that tanning can help with depression. I've been tanning for years now and it does make me happy just because I feel relaxed and calm. Has anyone else tried this out?
vitamin d, and being "away". 20 min for a power nap in a bed with the humming of the fan, and light music going. plus the warmth can do GREAT things for people. just of course, dont over due it! strolling in the son even for a few minutes with the kids, or by yourself can do the same but the bed gives you the lazy nap which is GREAT!!!
