Give it to me ladies!!!
Hows the working out going?
Any new excercises or classes youve taken?
Weight Loss?
Did you follow your workout plan?
Workout tip of the week:If you can?t think of any thing else to do try punching your pillow. Now here?s another one of those weird ideas but believe me it works. Not too many of us have punching bags at home and if you have really fluffy pillow giving it a good punching routine is just as good as anything else. This is also a nice way of letting off steam so go for it. After all something is better than nothing. But I would suggest that you do not hit it too violently or else the stuffing might come out. Do not bother too much about the force with which you hit the pillow. It is number of hits that are important. Try to get at least fifty punches in one bout. I would like to give you a little tip over here. If there is somebody that you particularly dislike like your boss or your neighbor, or the whole TTC process, try fixing a picture of the persons head or your chart on the top of your pillow and then try punching it. I promise you, it will give you a lot of satisfaction
Diet tip of the week:Graze 5 to 6 times a day. Instead of sticking to just three meals a day, try grazing. Grazing means try having 5 to 6 meals a day. instead of three king sized meals. It is an excellent way of having smaller quantities of food.
Enjoy your workouts ladies!!!
Re: ~*~*Weekly Workout Check-In~*~*
Well Ive lost 2 lbs!! Wooohoo! Gonna thank running for that! Last week I was able to get in 17 miles I think of running. This week has been rough. I did 3 on tuesday and tried to do 10 yesterday but only made 5. I was super tired and it was really hard.
Im trying to take it easy the next few days but I know I will get stir crazy and end up doing some form of excercise. I have to keep doing stuff because my half marathon is next Saturday. OMG...
Anyway hope you guys have a great weekend!! Hope to see some good working out and weight loss!!!
Woohoo, good for you crissy!! I lost another .5 lbs, for 5.5 total since our last cycle at the end of March. I'm finally feeling good.
I've run almost every day this week and done a little tiny bit of strength training. My goal for next week is to do both.
I've seriously cut back calories lately also. I think that I;ve finally jump started my metabolism again for the first time since before our IUIs. Thank goodness.

Well, I haven't run at all this week, but did ride my bike to work 3 days. I'm going to start running again tomorrow, since I no longer feel as bloated and I'm going to take that as a sign that my ovaries have returned to normal size.
I just re-vamped my half-marathon training plan to something that seems a bit more reasonable (I was supposed to run 8 miles tomorrow, but not having run more than 3 in the last month I was pretty sure that wasn't going to happen). So hopefully I will be able to stick with this one. I want to finish the half-marathon in June in under 2:10. I was 2:23 with my last one, so I have some work to do (although I was doing well until mile 10, so if I can just improve my endurance for those last 3 miles I should be ok).
