  I am pretty sure the diaper champ uses regular bags. Its pretty bad I can't quite remember because the one we had used regular trash bags.

  Yes, the pp is correct the diaper champ can be used with normal 8 or 13 gallon trash bags.  I got one handed down from a neighbor.  They said that it works nice.

  I have two Diaper Champs and they work great. Both use regular 13 gallon trash bags and hold in the smell really well.

  I also use these individual diaper bags for poopy diapers before putting them in the diaper champ just to have double protection. You get 75 for $1 at the dollar store and at about a penny per bag, they don't break the bank.

  we have two of the safety first easy saver diaper pails. they use regular kitchen size trash bags.  we've been happy with them.  we do not put "number two" diapers in them since DS started solids--we put those in either a ziploc or separate plastic bag and throw it in the outside trash.
