"New" picky eater

My LO is 13 months old and was eating everything I gave to him. Now he barely eats or just wants snacks. Is this a normal phase? What have you done to help your LO along? Thank you

    My DS still goes through this every now and again, but I have found that generally it happens with he is teething!! Good luck, I just let him eat what he will (not a lot of junk, he mostly just doesn't eat as much food at one time) and as long as he isn't acting hungry I don't worry too much!

    This sounds like my DD. she goes through spurts where she only eats cheese, yogurt, and snacks. it bothered me for awhile but then i got to the point where as long as she was eating something i was okay. it usually lasts for 1-2 weeks and they she starts eating again.
