  Isn't drinking in public illegal?

  I saw a guy at Home Depot park his motorcycle, pop open a beer can in a brown paper bag, and start shopping.  I tried informing a cop but he didn't care

  Nos cans do look a lot like beer cans. I am always afraid someone will think exactly this when DH is drinking one at the mall or out somewhere.

  Nope, not the energy drink, apparently I was looking at the wrong guy. DH says the other dude was drinking a Spark, which is a beer energy drink, definitely has alcohol. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sparks_(drink) (for some reason it wont put the end parenthesis in the link, so you have to add it in).

  I went to Vegas with my mom when I was 15, she was constantly stopping in stands and hotels and getting margaritas and daquiris to drink while we walked up and down the strip.
