Enfamil AR?

Anyone using this?  Does it help?  My lo is currently eating Enfamil Premium is it okay to switch her to the ar?  Or should i do it slowly?

    We have switched formulas several times now...DS didn't care or it seemed to not bother him.

    We didn't stay with AR for very long.  LO spit up just as much if not more, and the spit up was now much smellier and chunkier.  Very gross at 3:00 am!  We have had better luck with Enfamil Gentlease and switching to Dr. Brown's bottles.
