how to switch formulas...

I know I should ask Dr. but have any of you switched?  I want to go from similac advanced to similac organic- DS drinks mostly breastmilk but does have about 2 feedings of formula usually in the middle of the night.

    We are on the 3rd one... first time I did half and half for a day, second time I just switched cold turkey. Same results both times.

    When I switched formulas I just switched... I had talked to the pediatrician about switching and he didn't say I had to do anything special

    I've switched cold turkey from Similac Advance to Enfamil Newborn to Enfamil AR (for Spit-up) and now we're with Enfamil Infant.  We never had any problems at all.

    I bf some, but not near as much as I did in the beginning.  I have a feeling before long DD will be completely FF.
