First Pregnancy Migraine

I got to work today and ran to the time clock, as I sat down to get report from night shift I couldnt concentrate on anything she said, it became like it didnt register. I couldnt spell half the words they said, I just felt weird. I had my B/P checked and it was perfect....Hour later HA and n/v! Worst work day ever and its still not over with. The vomiting is over but I still have a mild HA and stiffness in my shoulders. I can NOT wait to go home! Whew!
