Best diapers for bfomg poop?

We have tried both huggies and pampers and he still explodes out of them. Any suggestions? He seems to have a harder time leaking out of the huggies but has still managed to do so. We hear him go and rush to the changing table in hopes that he hasn't had a blow out. He's having one good blowout a day sometimes 2 and the other poopy's are staying in the diaper.

What size diapers is he in, and how big is he? Have you tried the larger size? We had to move up to size 1s when my son was about 7.5 lbs because he was peeing out of the top of the newborn ones. He hasn't had any issues since. We use both Huggies and Pampers, and both work for us. Even if size 1s are a little big, you can always fold them down in the front.
