Legs keep falling asleep

Does this happen to you?  I know other people have had their hands fall asleep, but legs?  Every night when I'm about to go to bed it happens.  Then as I lay in bed it feels like I have restless leg syndrome.

    Me! My legs haven't been falling asleep but it seems like every night in the past week when I go to bed I am getting the "restless leg" feeling.  It is miserable! Sometimes it takes me a couple hours to get to sleep.  I have to get out of bed and walk.  I thought I was just imagining it so it is good to know I am not the only one :) Now...does anyone know how to get rid of it??

    Mine get little cramp twingy feelings in the thighs. I have to knead it out to make it stop. Its very uncomfortable.

    My arms have been "falling asleep" every night. It is most uncomfortable.

    My nurse mentioned this could happen due to low blood pressure changes.
