We went for our 3d/4d this afternoon and we could not get any good shots due to her being breech. I was disappointed but more concerned that she's breech. The lady said she could turn so we're going back in two weeks to try again. I got 4 photos to take home. One of her feet, one of her snoochie (to confirm she IS a girl) and two so so profile shots.
I was told I can do simple pelvic squats to try and help turn her.. do you think this works?
Re: 4d ultrasound
We'll miss you sweet Debbie Girl (4.21.12) and sweet Cindy Girl (8.9.12)

I just started to get nervous cause I automatically thought C- section and just the very thought of that scares the crap outta me.
My girlfriend did say that if I do have to have a c section at least I will never have to have vaginal rejuvenation or worry about pooping on the delivery table! LOL!!!!
I thought something felt weird inside! I keep feeling her right underneath my boobs.
If you MUST have a c-section, at least if the baby remains breech, you will be prepared and it will not be under emergency conditions. That's what I keep telling myself if my placenta doesn't move. I would much rather have a c-section when I am prepared for it and the setting is much more controlled.
I know most doctors wait until 36 weeks and it's also likely that they would check again before they made you have a c-section. Good luck with everything!!
Dude, you're only 30 weeks. More than enough time for the baby to flip, then go back to breech, then flip again.
Every two weeks when I get an u/s, the baby is in a different position. This last time she was head down. Next time, I'll bet anything that she'll be feet down.

This.
Aww, what a bummer! My 3D/4D was today and my LO was also breech...but she moves positions a lot and hangs out in the transverse (ouch) position a lot.
We were still able to get some great pics, that's weird they said because she was breech you couldn't. I hope you can go back and get some better shots next time. I'm echoing what the other posters have said...it's plenty early yet and no need to worry. My husband's cousin's baby turned at 38 weeks and both of my OBs have said they don't even remotely "worry" about position until 36-37 weeks. You can also check into Spinning Babies and the chiropractic Webster method if you're concerned, but I wouldn't bother until you're still confirmed breech at 36 weeks.
I really hope you have better luck when you go back for your next u/s! That's a lot of money to only get a couple of good shots
