Ok please bear with me ladies!

My DS might be constipated....AGAIN. I mean again as in 4-6 hours after relieving him. (I had my God-Sister use the Q-Tip and my goodness he slept so well after that! lol) I am EBF and pumps bottle when if he goes out. He is only 2 weeks and 2 days old. I've read that BM is a natural laxative. So he definitely should be going, right? Also, I've read that constipation is defined by not how the bowel movement looks, not the frequency. But if that is the case, what if he can't get it out because it's so hard? I'm so concerned for my little man. I just wish he could tell me, "Mom, I'm constipated, a little help here!"
