i am so tired of being sore- vent

i feel like there is something wrong with my back and neck all the time. that pain turns into headaches and i am sick of it. i am too young to hurt all the time.

i go to a chiropractor that i like, but my spine/ atlas just slip out of alignment so often. ugh! and ow!

Sorry. I was feeling like that for a good while & you know what helped? Throwing out my pillow & getting a good one from Ikea. I got one of those formed ones (I forget what they're called)... and what a HUGE difference it has made!

Totaly ditto on a new pillow. When I start waking up with a sore neck/headache everyday, I know it's time for something new.
