early waking time all of the sudden?

ANyone else?

I know that DS's molars are coming in so they may be waking him up in the morning  but he is waking up happy..not in pain or anything and he is STTN. For the past 2-3 weeks he has been waking up about an hour earlier than he used to. I am guessing just molars and it will go back..who knows!

DD goes through phases of waking early.  It usually doesn't last longer than a few weeks.  I've found that it sometimes helps to put DD to bed a little bit earlier, before she gets overtired (like 7:50pm instead of 8-8:30.)  Also, we make sure DD gets  A LOT of exercise outdoors.  It helps her to sleep more soundly. GL!
