Pre-Natal Yoga in Somerset area

Anyone have recommendations for pre-natal yoga classes.  I live in Somerset and work in Whitehouse so either area would be fine.  I am 10 weeks and FINALLY feeling like a normal person again.  MS and fatigue are both subsiding.  I would really like to get into a yoga class.

    I'm not too familiar with that exact area - but a google search found one in New Brunswick & one in Princeton. You might want to try contacting the yoga centers that are most convenient for you and see what they can suggest. Some hospitals also offer prenatal yoga - you might want to check to see if yours does. HTH!

    I don't know if this is too out of the way for you but I go to Prana Yoga studio in Denvillle. They have 6 week pre-natal classes every Monday at 6pm. The instructor is great and the class sizes are on the smaller side which is really nice.
