RLS anyone else?

Hi Ladies... Late night tonight. I am at work and my legs are killing me... the back of my knees are throbbing, and I cannot hold still. I am practically in tears, they hurt so bad. I am debating on asking the nurse for some tylenol only bc it isn't her job to administer pills to me but to the residents i am hestitant...

would you get the pills or should I wait it out another 3 hours till I am off?

  • Yesss... it gets worse some days, and some days I don't have it at all.  My legs get all antsy, and it makes me twitch, and I have to get up and move around.

I've noticed upping my water intake helps, as does getting plenty of sleep.  And I would totally ask the nurse for tylenol- if it's the first time, I'm sure she won't mind.

  • I have terrible RLS even when not pregnant. It is so bad I actually have to take prescription medication even while pregnant.  Don't make yourself suffer!
