What to get sister for shower?

I am trying to figure out what to give my sister as a thank you for throwing my shower. My mother said it needs to be something baby related. I have no idea what to get her. She has already bought the baby onesies that say "I love my aunt". I want to give her something about becoming an aunt along with a GC to her fav book store... but what can I give her? Creativity welcome!

    Do remember what her favorite book was as a child?  You could buy that and write a nice inscription about how you want her to read the book to your little one.  Also, maybe a picture frame that says Auntie and me or something of that nature so she can put a picture of little one in right away.

    My sister loves her I love my aunt photo frame, coffee mug, or really anything that says aunt. Giving her a onesie or bib is really a gift for you because the baby will wear it so I would stick to something that is meant for the aunt from the child. With Mother's Day approaching check out the stores they have a ton of stuff!!

    Someone posted the other day that they were going to take the hostess(es) for mani/pedis. I love this idea, partly because it breaks from the baby thing which they may have had enough of already.

    I think a photo frame is a great idea, with a promise for a photo once LO arrives!

    I got my SIL a frame from Hallmark. It said something about "My Aunt is the greatest" and it had a cartoon ant, the insect. Thought it was very cute and she loved it.

    I got my sister a personalized "I love my Aunt Megan" frame and it says "Madelynn" at the bottom.  The book store GC is a great idea!  My sister has a bath and body works addiction so I just got her a few things of her favorite scent to go with it.
