Sleeping in the car seat? Heat rash?

He hates everything- co-sleeper, crib, bouncer, mamaroo but loves to sleep at night in the car seat but we've noticed that he has what appears to be heat rash on the sides of his body and face which we think is because of the car seat (somewhat confined and he sweats- even though the room is cool).  Anyone have this issue?

    that happened to LO too when I was out running errands and it warm outside.

    DD is the queen of the heat rash.  She gets it no matter where/how she's sleeping.  It's especially bad in the mornings after she's been swaddled- on the inside of her arms and her sides.

    My doctor recommended giving them a wash in chammomile (sp?) tea and it really helps.  Just boil up some tea bags, let it cool to room temp, and wash your LO down with a wash cloth a couple of times a day.  It goes way almost immediately.
