Just got home from L&D

Was having contractions every 5-6 mins for a couple of hours so my doc advised me to go to L&D to get checked... 

I'm 2cm dilated and 50% effaced with consistent contractions every 6 minutes so I'm technically in "early labor" according to the nurse. They monitored me for an hour and had me drink some water and juice to get baby moving more... She decided to go to sleep while we were there but finally started moving around like crazy! 

 Now we just wait for the contractions to get closer... Maybe I'll walk up and down my stairs a bunch!

    Early labor is just awful isnt it!!!  Good luck....walking is what brought on my super close ctx!

    Ohhh can hardly wait to see sweet Sophia =)  Hope you're doing well with "early labor" and that you progress through this quickly-I know you're ready to meet her. Keep us posted & will be looking forward to photos!
