Clomid Monitoring

How often did your RE monitor you during a clomid cycle?  From what I can tell, I think I will get an u/s on day 3 and day 14 (earlier if I get a +opk before day 14) and my progesterone will be checked 3 days after the second night of TI.  I also get a lot of other b/w done on cd3.  Does this sound typical?  I just want to make sure the RE is doing everything right.  He comes highly recommended, but you never can be too careful!

    That sounds about right to me. My RE will do the u/s CD 12 but not the earlier one. I will schedule the trigger based on that u/s. I know I am Oing so no bloodwork right now.

    After the first few cycles, you shouldn't need b/w anymore. It's probably to test your levels to make sure everything is functioning correctly. I've been on Clomid for a while and now I just get the 2 u/s, one at beginning to check for cysts and then around day 14 to check for ovulation.

    It sounds about right - I was on CD3, 11 and depending on my follicle size day 13. I was also on injects.

    My first u/s was day 12 and then they decide what route to take from there.
