Pain on very low left front side ??

It's not RLP... but I don't have a clue what it is.  I feel it mostly when I lay down and can be very intense. It seriously cannot be just from stretching.

I'll be calling my midwife (yeah! I finally have one!) to set up my first actual appt with her - and will ask her then, but until then...any ideas what it could be?
