BH contractions or real?

this is my first baby, obviously. im 39 weeks and have been having BH for a while. but now the ones i am getting make it hard to breath and hurt when i lean forward. are these real contactions?

    They could be but they will probably start hurting a lot more before you need to worry about them too much.

    I know that feeling! with my daughter I was SO ready to have her out!  It might be the begining at least!!

    Try laying down or sitting.  If they stop its BH.  However, I've noticed that I can feel real contractions come on and they feel like menstrual cramps.

    I'm experiencing the same thing.  I've been having contractions every 10-20 mins for the past 8 hours or so.  They hurt and make me hunch over, even when I'm sitting.  I hope this is the beginning for me too.
