Just got kicked in the stomach by a baby

We went to a friend's house for a small house party tonightand in walked a lady we went to school with but that i have not seen in years carrying a small baby. 

someone else asked how old he was and she said "four months, he was born on december 22" i had to leave the room, and then eventually the party. i could not do it, she probably thinks i am crazy and super rude, but i could not even look at the baby without crying.

    Thanks ladies, I am glad I have you all, even my husband is looking scared of the crazy person he is married to. I am starting to feel more calm now but i am just so sad. He was just so real, and knowing that is what size and about what the level of development would be - it just hurt my heart so much more than i ever expected.

    today is the one year since my first u/s where my pirate's heartbeat was a steady 140 and she was growing right on schedule and everything looked perfect. there was a lot of happiness, hope, and excitement that day.

    I had a coworker bring her baby into work and I avoided her like the plague...she had her baby on my due date. I was so relieved when I rotated off of her team so that I wouldn't have to hear stories about her dd.

    That's rough.  I know I will have to avoid any babies born in September 2011.  Hoping you cried it out and are feeling better today!!
