Part time sitter?

I'm in real estate which gives me a lot of flexibility when LO comes, but I will still need occasional help when I have to go on showings or into the office when mh isn't available.  Does anyone know of a service that is flexible in time?  I don't want to put the baby in daycare and I really don't need something full time.  Any suggestions would be great!

    Have you checked the state licensing board for home daycares? Some of them have part time kids and are happy to take fill in's on the extra open days as needed. I printed a list off the site and just began calling all of the potential candidates.
