problem with sig?

Every time i try to load my ticker this error pops up...any tips. It has never happened before TIA

    I'm not sure. Usually there a different codes for the same ticker. Make sure you using html code.

    I can't even find where to put my ticker in my siggy.  Can you tell me where to go to get it to show up???
