Going through miscarriage right now...

We had our 8 week initial appointment and saw the sac, but no baby, so the doctor thought we might be a few weeks earlier than we thought, but I knew right away that I couldnt be that far off.  We were somewhat prepared for today, though the doctor had given us lots of hope since I had not yet had any bleeding.  Today, though, mid workout, I felt a huge gush, and then ran to the bathroom and realized that it was blood.  not soaking any pads right now, but am starting to cramp up.  This is so much harder mentally than I had prepared myself for.  I have not stopped crying for 3 hours....

    I would call your doctor if you're having cramping and bright red blood. Sometimes blood doesn't always mean miscarriage.

    I am so sorry.  No words can express the pain and grief.  I agree with calling your doctor for your own health.

    I agree with the above posters.  I would call your dr to let him/her know what is happening.  I'm so sorry that you are going through this!!!

    The doctor's office was the second phone call I made (DH was #1).  They were closed, but his nurse told me to go to the ER if i am bleeding a lot and to call first thing monday and see if the doc wants to see me sooner than my previously scheduled Friday appointment.

    I'm going through one right now and I wasnt having any pain or bleeding then the next evening i did it was so bad I couldnt walk nor move, I cried so much, today Im hurtin but not bleeding as bad. Im so sorry for your loss as I know how you feel its so painful

    i found out my baby had stop growing at 6 weeks and no heartbeat. we dicided to let my body to its job so it took like 3 weeks for my body to misscarege terrible.. i cryed for like three days.. its so sad..  that was 2 1/2 years ago i gave my body some time and now im 10 weeks pregnant .. i still think about if it was a boy or girl and how old he/she wold be..  it was hard explaning to my 5 year old then.. i had told her the baby was an angel now..in heaven ..     juana
