I voted kind of. I think that the waistline transition was kind of awkward looking. So good from the waist up, meh on the skirt portion. And I think her train was too short.
It was ok. I think it will look better in photos than it did when she was walking down the asile. At one point she had this cone-bra pointy thing going on that wasn't very flattering.
I just don't think the fit/shape did much for her. She has a great figure and I don't think it flattered her as well as it could.
I did. I think she was limited somewhat in her design choices. She had to be conservative while still trying to be a modern bride, which is probably why her train wasn't super long. I loved the lace.
LOVED the top with the lace and the neckline. Very beautiful. I was a little let down by the bottom. I imagined it would have had more to it with some beading or something.
And I also loved her sisters dress. She is TINY!!! and very pretty herself. Her dress is gorgeous with the neckline.

Ditto this, the gathers at the waist just sort of lumped out of nowhere, it didn't transition, it looked more like they stuck two different dresses together.
And the bodice portion (the lined bit) was too big, it looked a size too big. She turned & the fabric didn't go with her.
OMG! I loved it!! It will photograph so beautifully. I just wish they'd hired an awesome photographer, though i heard they have their own private one for the personal stuff. Love love loved the top - so romantic and flattering (at least for photos). And loved the bottom for it's simplicity. I'm not 100% sold on the transition but I think it would photograph well giving her a good figure and itty bitty waist, which every girl loves.
That's what I thought, that is the type of dress I pictured Kate in but tradition says that she cannot bare her arms so she had to do something to cover them. She looked gorgeous and yet totally like herself so even though I did not love the dress I think she looked amazing.

I thought the exact same thing.
I LOVED the MOH dress. I would have worn that as my wedding dress!
I liked it. I'm guessing she lost a few pounds in the last few weeks (understandable!), which caused the cone boobs, etc. You'd think the future queen could get some decent alterations, but all the efforts to keep the dress and designer a secret probably interfered with that.
There was actually a lot more lace and detail on the bottom/train than I realized. It's hard to see on the TV or even in the pics, but you can see it a little here:
I loved it - I think it was perfect for the occasion.
I heard she has other dresses (or at least one other) that she'll wear throughout the day - I'm guessing she'll be in something different for the evening reception. I'll be interested to see it because I think it will likely be more her style. I think this dress was very classic and suited her, but I think based on what I've seen of her style, she might have chosen something different if she wasn't getting married to the heir to the throne in Westminster Abbey.

Her dress was okay. Thought her chest looked cone shaped. I think she should have done something with her hair and the dark black eyeliner. It looked a little rough in the close up shots during the vows. Kate looked pretty, but definitely not princess-like. IMO, her sister looked better.
I loved her dress! loved loved loved it! I'll be the minority and say I didn't like Pippa's dress. I thought she looked awkward in it and it seemed as though she could barely walk in it. However, I loved her evening dress!

I loved it too!
I loved it. Loved, loved, loved it. It was rather understated for the House of McQueen, but I absolutely adored it.
Alexander McQueen would have loved it.
You take my ovaries, I take your yarns.

I'm anti-lace too. reminds me of my grandma's curtains....
I liked the dressed...but not loved.
I wonder if her sister's dress was more like what she wanted...more form fitting. I loved the BM dress.

I thought it was stunning. So sophisticated. She was beautiful.
However, I do agree that hers boobs looked a bit coney or something.....

I thought it was a bit boring and understated.
And the flowers were too small and her hair didn't do anything for me either.
She's beautiful...and I know she had "rules" to follow, but I think she could've done some things differently.
Her sister, however, looked amazing!
Liam is 5!
