H is trying to change the baby's middle name

ACK! 

Drake is based off of my great grandfather (his candy store was called Drakes).  He just e-mailed me and asked me what I thought about using the name Truman as the middle name instead (my great grandfather's first name).  

What is he trying to do to me?!?

ETA: he e-mailed me back and said he felt that Truman was more "long term" because it was his name rather than a property.

    Does Truman have special significance to him? Either one sounds really good with Gabriel honestly.

    I don't know.  LOL!  I am awaiting an e-mail back.  I don't mind the name Truman either, but I've gotten kind of attached to Drake.

    My DH initially disliked the name Claire so maybe your hubby is just having a moment too, hopefully you can stick with the name you love =)

    I like them both but I understand why you'd be a little hesitant to change it now.  I like the connection to your grandfather-very sweet.

    I don't mind Truman but am a big fan of middle names having family significance, like Drake.

    At least he just wants to change the middle name.  My H wanted to change the first name after I had become attached to it.  I ended up giving in to him.  We changed from Wyatt to Matthew.  My husband is much happier now and actually calls the baby by his first name.
