Just realized more may be involved? Etiquette Shower ?

So a month ago a few ladies from the office handed me a shower invitation for a shower they wanted to throw me. The invitation says "Join us for a baby shower" at Shannon's House and RSVP to Shannon. 

Well today Shannon just told me she was going to meet another girl Ashley at Wal-Mart to buy the food and decorations for the shower and mentioned in one other conversation that Ashley and her mom (also works here) were coming early to help set up tomorrow.

Well I have already bought a hostess gift for Shannon, thinking it was just her, but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't rush out and get something for Ashley or maybe even Ashely and her mom since they are helping to set up?

WWYD? Thanks in advance ladies, I just don't want to give a gift to Shannon only and then Ashley and her mom be upset, but I also don't want to spend money if it isn't that big of deal not to get them something?

    Based on the wording on the invitation, I would say Shannon is the true hostess, with some helpers (Ashley & her mom).  To avoid any hurt feelings though, I would wait and give Shannon her thank you gift when the 2 of you are alone.

    Could give the main hostess a small gift privately and then take all 3 to lunch one day as a Thank You. Or even just mention in your thank you notes that Shannon mentioned they helped and how much you appreciated it.

    My sister threw my shower and my mom and her friend helped with some things like favors and the wishing well.  I gave my sister a bottle of cherry vodka (her fav) and bought them all a few treats from a gourmet chocolate place.  All were very surprised and happy about it.
