  We have the summer infant handheld too and love it. We also ordered an extra power adapter (for like $10) from their website so that we could have it plugged in when we're downstairs as well (since the screen goes black after 3 minutes to conserve batteries).

  Another rave for Summer handheld... I used it with many families and it works great.

   

  I really wanted one but DH was baby shopping one day and came back with a Graco video monitor.... it was on clearence so he couldn't return it and the darn thing stopped working a month into it . No reason.... just won't pwer on!!! It costed him $139!!!!! now it's worthless.

   

  I told him that if he ever wants Maja out of our room... he better get me the Summer one! That's what he gets for not listening to me.
