I was very pleased and surprised to see it was very elegant and had an almost old-fashioned appeal to it. Along with the veil. Understated and very gorgeous. I think everyone was expecting the usual royal contraption of a bodice with big sleeves and big hips. This dress was VERY nice.

At the risk of sounding incredibly cheesy, does anyone else think it's like she was born for this? She's so beautiful and seems so sophisticated. She fits the role perfectly!

Loved it. Maybe now the wedding dress industry will take notice and actually start making dresses with sleeves...I would have killed to find a dress with sleeves two years ago.

Agree. Her dress was gorgeous. Without any relation to her dress, I had always wanted a dress with sleeves, but I wasn't able to find one. I regretted it, and now that I've seen her dress I regret my dress even more. I'm so over the strapless wedding gowns.

I agree with all of this. I wanted one that was similiar to Maria's from The Sound Of Music, but couldn't find it anywhere! Not every bride is a size 2 with amazingly toned arms!
