Diarrhea- when to worry?

When do you worry about diarrhea?  LO had a very wet and sloppy diaper this morning and every time I've changed her since, there has been a little bit of wet poop in her diaper.  Her tummy has really been rumbling since yesterday but she's not running a fever or acting like she doesn't feel well.  Thoughts?  Could it be because we changed from Infant to Newborn formula?

    I hope your LO is feeling better! The thing I would look out for were enough wet diapers but I would call the Dr. just to make sure.
