snacks

Name your favorite snacks. The only thing that is helping settle my stomach throughout the day is snacking and sipping on lemon water and ginger ale. But I need some new snack ideas.

  • Fresh fruit, raisins, soyjoy (or any power bar), string cheese, yogurt. I've been trying to stay away from pretzels, chips, and chocolate because as hungry as I've been I'd be gaining weight by the ton!

  • Fruit has totally been my go-to snack, I can't get enough. Fresh apples, strawberries, pears & those little mandarin orange cups. Aside from that, I live on Cheerios.

  • Fizzy water with lime has been a lifesaver. Tangerines, toast with almond butter and strawberries have all been good too.

    I haven't experienced any actual morning "sickness" yet as much as waves of nausea - which make most food sound totally unappealing.

  • I just got into lemon yogurt, it's good on both parts :)
  • blueberries, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, apples. really any fruit will do, but it has to be very cold. string cheese or any other cheese and crackers. Greek yogurt. That's really it. I like my fruit and my protein.

  • I like to pair something salty and sweet so I get rid of any cravings from the get-go.  A small portion of lentils followed by an apple or orange keeps me satisfied until meal times while being high in nutrition.  I sometimes need a little dark chocolate though for fun!  yum!
