  Your OB should have given you a list of pregnancy safe medications. My OB said it is only safe to treat a yeast infection AFTER your 1st trimester. Do you know you have a yeast infection? Sometimes pregnancy causes discharge that is normal and NOT a yeast infection. Benefiber is not on my list of safe medications. Miralax and metamucil are though.
